Start Verbena indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost of the season, or sow directly into the garden after the last frost of the season has passed.

Plant Verbena in average, well draining, moist, acidic soils with access to full sun (6-8 hours of sun per day). Once established, Verbena has a good tolerance to heat and drought, making it suitable for areas that are exposed to such conditions.
